If you've never had a professional facial, it's normal to wonder what you're walking into. Here's what we tell every first-time guest.

Come as you are

No need to wear makeup, and no need to take it off at home first. The cleanse is part of the treatment.

Pause strong products for a few days

If you use retinoids or exfoliating acids, mention it when you book. Your aesthetician will tell you whether to pause them before your visit.

Tell us about your skin

Every facial starts with a short skin consultation. Sensitivities, recent treatments and what's bothering you all shape what we do.

Expect to relax

Facials happen in a private suite, made to feel like a retreat. Many guests nearly fall asleep.

Plan for after

After a HydraFacial there's no downtime. You'll leave with SPF on, and you're welcome to take your time over tea in the lounge.
